 People training next to each other, loud music, mirrors everywhere, performance, comparison and constant distraction. For some people this feels motivating. But we know that many women are not looking for that kind of environment when they want to take care of their health.


Many clients come to Y8 after years of trying different gyms, classes and training systems.


 Some arrive with injuries, chronic pain, insecurity or simply bad experiences connected to exercise. Others are successful, busy people who already have enough stimulation and pressure in their everyday life — and do not want their training time to feel the same.


That is exactly why Y8 was created differently.


At Y8, you train alone with your trainer in a quiet and private environment. No crowded gym floor, no loud music, no people watching you, no pressure to keep up with others and no exercises chosen because they work for someone else. 


Every session is built entirely around you, your body, your energy level and your long-term progress.


Our experience is that most people do not need more intensity, more noise or more training days. They need the right stimulus, applied consistently and safely. 


Thus, in many cases, two focused sessions per week are enough to create the desired change, reduce pain and improve how the body feels and functions — without injuries, exhaustion or losing yourself in a crowd.
