Every mother’s recovery timeline is unique. Most can begin around 6-8 weeks postpartum with medical clearance. Our trainers will assess your physical condition and design a gentle, progressive approach tailored to your recovery stage. Whether vaginal or C-section delivery, we adjust intensity, core work, and mobility to suit your body safely.

Absolutely! Your baby is a part of the experience. Many exercises are designed to include your baby either in your arms, on a mat, or nearby. You’re also free to pause for feeding, soothing, or cuddling. We aim to create a flexible, baby-friendly training space that respects your role as a mom first while supporting your fitness journey.

That’s completely okay! Babies cry, need attention, and sometimes want to be held. Our trainers are moms themselves or trained to understand these realities. You can take breaks, calm your baby, and jump back in when ready. There’s no judgment, just a supportive space where everyone understands what you’re going through.

We focus on postnatal-safe core restoration, pelvic floor engagement, back and shoulder mobility (often stressed from nursing/holding), glute activation, and overall strength. The workouts also improve posture and reduce common pain points while gradually restoring endurance and movement confidence.

Not at all. This program is made for all fitness levels, especially beginners. We meet you where you are physically and emotionally. Whether you’re returning to movement after months or just starting your fitness journey, we ensure the pace and intensity are safe, supportive, and uplifting.

You can absolutely still train with us, after your doctor’s approval. Our trainers modify exercises to accommodate incision recovery, abdominal sensitivity, and scar care. We’ll avoid any core-heavy or high-tension movements initially and work gradually on restoring your strength, mobility, and confidence post-surgery.

Yes! Many moms transition into our private or small group training programs. You can keep building on the foundation you’ve created while exploring other workouts like Functional Yoga, Pilates, or Power Cardio. We support your fitness at every stage of motherhood, whether you’re newly postpartum or years beyond.
